The Challenge:
The TripAdvisor Flights lander faced friction in user conversion due to cluttered fare and review cards that failed to communicate value effectively. The goal was to modernize the visual hierarchy while maintaining the high data density required by travelers.
My Role:
As the UI/UX Designer, I led the end-to-end redesign of universal fare and review cards. I utilized customer feedback and usability findings to move from initial sketches and wireframe to high-fidelity, developer-ready prototypes.
The Impact:
The redesign generated a $500k increase in revenue over the control A/B testing
